Delete Your Account

The fastest way is inside the app, and it takes under a minute. If you no longer have the app installed, use the email request at the bottom of this page.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Prompt Secure on your Android device.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What gets deleted
Immediately and permanently removed from our database:
- Your account and email address
- All prompts synced to the cloud
- All knowledge base documents
- Teams you own, including their shared libraries, and your membership in other teams
- Your subscription record
Prompts stored locally on the device you delete from are erased at the same time. Copies on other devices where you are still signed in remain until you remove them there.
What is not deleted
- Copies on your other devices — if you are still signed in on another phone, the prompts stored there stay until you delete them on that device too.
- Your Google Play subscription — deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions, or you will keep being charged.
- Purchase records — retained for 5 years as required by Polish accounting law. They contain no prompt content.
- Support emails — if you have written to us, see section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
Export your data first
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your prompts, export them before you start: Settings → Data management → Export to JSON.
No longer have the app?
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject Account deletion request. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Najszybsza droga prowadzi przez aplikację i zajmuje mniej niż minutę. Jeśli nie masz już aplikacji, skorzystaj ze zgłoszenia mailowego na dole strony.
Usuń samodzielnie, w aplikacji
- Otwórz Prompt Secure na urządzeniu z Androidem.
- Przejdź do Ustawień.
- Przewiń do sekcji Konto na dole.
- Dotknij Usuń konto.
- Wpisz USUŃ, aby potwierdzić.
Co zostanie usunięte
Natychmiast i trwale kasujemy z naszej bazy:
- Twoje konto i adres e-mail
- Wszystkie prompty zsynchronizowane z chmurą
- Wszystkie dokumenty bazy wiedzy
- Zespoły, których jesteś właścicielem, wraz z ich wspólnymi bibliotekami, oraz Twoje członkostwa w cudzych zespołach
- Zapis Twojej subskrypcji
Prompty zapisane lokalnie na urządzeniu, z którego usuwasz konto, są kasowane w tym samym momencie. Kopie na innych urządzeniach, gdzie nadal jesteś zalogowany, pozostaną do czasu ich usunięcia tam.
Czego nie usuwamy
- Kopii na Twoich innych urządzeniach — jeśli nadal jesteś zalogowany na innym telefonie, zapisane tam prompty pozostaną, dopóki nie usuniesz ich również na tamtym urządzeniu.
- Subskrypcji Google Play — usunięcie konta jej nie anuluje. Anuluj ją w Google Play → Subskrypcje, inaczej opłaty będą nadal pobierane.
- Dokumentów zakupowych — przechowywane 5 lat zgodnie z polskim prawem o rachunkowości. Nie zawierają treści promptów.
- Wiadomości do wsparcia — jeśli do nas pisałeś, patrz sekcja 7 Polityki Prywatności.
Najpierw wyeksportuj dane
Usunięcia nie da się cofnąć. Jeśli chcesz zachować swoje prompty, wyeksportuj je przed rozpoczęciem: Ustawienia → Zarządzanie danymi → Eksport do JSON.
Nie masz już aplikacji?
Wyślij wiadomość na [email protected] z adresu, na który konto zostało zarejestrowane, w temacie wpisując Żądanie usunięcia konta. Weryfikujemy, że zgłoszenie pochodzi od właściciela konta, i realizujemy usunięcie w ciągu 30 dni, zwykle znacznie szybciej. Po wykonaniu potwierdzimy to mailem.

앱에서 직접 삭제하기
- Android 기기에서 Prompt Secure를 엽니다.
- 설정으로 이동합니다.
- 하단의 계정 섹션까지 스크롤합니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 확인을 위해 삭제를 입력합니다.
삭제되는 항목
데이터베이스에서 즉시 그리고 영구적으로 삭제됩니다:
- 계정 및 이메일 주소
- 클라우드에 동기화된 모든 프롬프트
- 모든 지식 베이스 문서
- 소유한 팀과 해당 공유 라이브러리, 그리고 다른 팀의 멤버십
- 구독 기록
삭제를 실행한 기기에 로컬로 저장된 프롬프트도 동시에 삭제됩니다. 아직 로그인되어 있는 다른 기기의 사본은 해당 기기에서 삭제할 때까지 남아 있습니다.
삭제되지 않는 항목
- 다른 기기에 있는 사본 — 다른 휴대폰에 아직 로그인되어 있다면, 그 기기에 저장된 프롬프트는 해당 기기에서도 삭제할 때까지 남아 있습니다.
- Google Play 구독 — 계정 삭제로 취소되지 않습니다. Google Play → 구독에서 별도로 취소하지 않으면 결제가 계속됩니다.
- 구매 기록 — 폴란드 회계법에 따라 5년간 보관됩니다. 프롬프트 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.
- 지원 문의 이메일 — 문의한 적이 있다면 개인정보 처리방침 7항을 참조하세요.
먼저 데이터를 내보내세요
삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 프롬프트를 보관하려면 시작 전에 내보내세요: 설정 → 데이터 관리 → JSON으로 내보내기.
앱이 더 이상 없나요?
가입할 때 사용한 주소에서 [email protected]으로 제목을 계정 삭제 요청으로 하여 이메일을 보내주세요. 계정 소유자의 요청인지 확인한 후 30일 이내에, 보통은 훨씬 빠르게 삭제를 완료합니다. 완료되면 이메일로 확인해 드립니다.
